[Music] The first thing is, is that we need to build. The best possible
products, to be sold at the best possible value. That follows the corporate values of AutomationDirect. So, do you just naturally rule things out
because of that? No, you want to keep everything on the table. But we have
always had a value as host engineering, in particular. That people are inportant, you hear alot of
companies say the certain clique. But we try to live by them, it's part of our
core culture. So, as we got into the manufacturing of BRICKS
and do we build this up? Do we make it bigger, did we make it right? Beyond profit, its
the right thing to do for the people. It's the right thing do,
as part of your corporate culture. It represents your values. So then it becomes, how to do go and design
the product in such a way that you can build it here. And you can do
it at value and do it efficiently and cost efficiently. That's
how we got there. It can be done, i'm not going to lie and say
its easy. But, their was alot of things we did to be
cognizent of cost, while still trying to deliver the quaily of
performance people expect. But it's worth it. [Music]
