The Productivity1000 PLC series is the smallest, least expensive version of the scalable Productivity PLC family. This series features a super slim form factor that requires minimal panel space (approximately 8.9 inches for an 8-module system) and the stackable design offers simple I/O expansion. As part of the Productivity family, this series has many of the standard Productivity features including robust communication, easy device integration, and more. (For the sweet spot of cost and features, see the Productivity2000 series. For the most expansive features and capacity, see the Productivity3000 series.)
The FREE Productivity Suite programming software provides the freedom to define user tags with no limits or fixed boundaries. Configure timers, counters, integer words or any other data types needed. With tag name-based programming, there are no pre-defined, fixed memory maps and no wasted memory. Productivity Suite also provides many convenience features including a project simulator for code verification, EDS file support, advanced user defined structures, and easy "fill-in-the-blank" instructions to make project development quick and simple.

Productivity1000 controller CPUs contain the processing power and I/O interface needed to perform logic operations, networking tasks, and many other functions required in an automated control system. P1000 CPUs provide multiple communication ports, 50MB user memory, microSD data logging, and more all in a super-compact stackable design.
The Productivity1000 remote I/O module simplifies system architecture and reduces wiring costs when I/O must be located away from the local CPU. Ideal for segmented systems controlled by one main PLC or whenever it's more practical to mount the I/O at the machine it's controlling. By adding a remote I/O module to the PLC system, I/O capacity is also increased to over 750 I/O points.
Power supplies provide the DC power needed for proper controller operation and can support the CPU plus any combination of up to 15 stackable I/O modules with no power budgeting requirements.
DC I/O modules monitor ON/OFF signals or control devices that switch DC power and are available in input, output, combination input/output, and AC/DC models with up to 16 points.
AC I/O modules monitor and control ON/Off type devices that operate with AC power (120-240 VAC) and are available in input or output models with up to 8 points.
Newest Additions!
Relay modules provide surge-protected outputs to operate DC or AC rated devices and are available with Form C (normally open/normally closed) and/or Form A (normally open) relay contacts, with up to 16 points.
Analog input and output modules are available to monitor and control pressure, temperature, flow, level, and other process signals. Modules are available in current, voltage, and high-resolution temperature models.
Motion and specialty modules are designed to perform specific functions, including input simulation, high-speed counting, and pulse width modulation. If enhanced motion capabilities are required, the PS-AMC motion controller can be used with certain CPUs for coordinated motion on up to four axes.
The ZIPLink connection module and cable system eliminates the normally tedious process of wiring programmable controller I/O to terminal blocks.
Accessories for the Productivity1000 PLC system include I/O module terminal blocks, ProductivityMotion connector kit, programming cables, and microSD cards. The powerful, easy-to-use, tag name-based Productivity Suite software can be downloaded for free; a software USB drive is available for purchase if needed.
