The Quickstart guide is a great resource for more information about Installation and wiring. It ships in the box with your CLICK.
The CLICK PLC User Manual is the most complete source for this information.
The CLICK PLC system does not require a mounting base or rack, which saves money and space. CLICK uses only as much space as needed for a specific application
The CLICK CPU and I/O modules are connected together via an integrated expansion port on the sides of the modules and sliding locking tabs on the top and bottom of all modules.
Whether you choose one of the CLICK snap-on power supplies or you provide your own 24VDC, just connect a few wires and CLICK is ready to power-up. Be sure to read the supplied documentation for a safe and trouble-free installation.
CLICK offers two DC power supplies for operating CLICK from an AC (100-240VAC) power suorce. Choose a 0.5 A model or the 1.3A model. No power budgeting is required with the 1.3A model.
The ZIPLink wiring system eliminates the normally tedious process of wiring PLC I/O to terminal blocks. Simply plug one end of a ZIPLink pre-wired terminal block cable into your I/O module and the other end into a ZIPLink connector module. It’s that easy. ZIPLinks use half the space, at a fraction of the total cost of terminal blocks.
