The Do-more H2 PLC supports a DL205 intelligent high-speed I/O module that can track or supply 250kHz pulse rates. The T1H series PLC high-speed I/O module tracks up to a 100kHz pulsed input and can generate up to a 25kHz pulsed output. An H2 simulator module is also available.

Applications that require precise positioning or coordinated movements need modules capable of accurately tracking and supplying high-frequency pulse trains. High-speed input/output modules can detect extremely fast input pulses, such as encoder signals, independent of the CPU scan, guaranteeing more accurate pulse tracking. They can also provide the pulses needed for precision control with stepper motors used in motion control applications.

An H2 series input simulator module is also provided to enable testing of PLC control logic by supplying manually changed input signals. They can also be used to supply ON/OFF commands that initiate specific functions in the PLC.

H2 Series Counter I/O Module

The H2-CTRIO2 Counter I/O module is designed to accept high-speed pulse input signals for counting or timing applications. This module also provides high-speed pulse output signals for servo/stepper motor control, monitoring, and alarming as well as other discrete control functions. It is ideal for applications that call for a combination of both high-speed input and high-speed output control functions.

T1H Series Counter I/O Module

The Do-more T1H series PLC's intelligent high-speed I/O module contains quadrature and single-channel counters to track pulsed inputs and can also generate pulsed outputs. The T1H-CTRIO module offers greater flexibility for applications which call for precise counting or timing based on input events or for high-speed control output applications.
