Floor-mount enclosures from Hammond Manufacturing®, WiegmannŽ, and Saginaw are designed to protect electrical and electronic controls, components and instruments in typical industrial environments. These enclosures are used in machine tool applications for housing motor starters, drives, contactors, and PLCs, as well as a wide variety of other electrical and electronic equipment found in automotive, pulp and paper, wood products, textile, and similar industries. Floor-mounted enclosures are bolted and secured to the floor permanently.

What do NEMA ratings mean?
Wiegmann KwikHinge™ Series Double-Door
KwikHinge™ floor-mount enclosures features concealed sliding hinge pins that allow quick and easy door removal and mounting. The KwikHinge system allows for common tasks such as subpanel installation or door modifications to be performed quickly while saving time and money.
Models carry various NEMA ratings including 3R, 4, and 12.
Sizes range from 62 x 48 x 10in to 74 x 72 x 24in.
Saginaw Enviroline® Series
Double-Door
Enviroline series enclosures are stylish, versatile all-purpose enclosures available in a variety of materials and finishes.
Each Enviroline enclosure features a flush-fitting door with a flange trough collar around the door opening to channel liquids away. The doors are secured by the exclusive SCE concealed hinge, which allows the doors to open 180 degrees. Doors can be removed by simply pulling the hinge pin. Easy-to-install swing-out panels mount directly to the hinges.
The standard 1/4-turn semi-flush latches may be replaced with a variety of specialty latch inserts - wing knob, keylocking, padlocking, coin-proof, and tamper-resistant - or by a variety of 5in and 7in handles. A 3-point latching system is available for enclosures over 40in high.
All models carry NEMA 3R, 4, 12 and 13 ratings. Stainless steel models also meet NEMA 4X.
Sizes range from 60 x 48 x 12in to 72 x 72 x 25in.
Wiegmann Double-Door
Wiegmann floor-mounted enclosures are available in carbon and stainless steel versions. These enclosures are designed to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instrumentation and provide protection falling dirt, dust, oil and water.
Models carry various NEMA ratings including 3, 3R, 4, 4X, and 12.
Sizes range from 60 x 24 x 18in to 86 x 187 x 20in.
Hammond Double-Door
Floor-mount enclosures from Hammond are available in carbon steel and stainless steel versions with double doors for easy access; models with 3-point handles/latches also available. Ideal for housing electrical and electronic controls, as well as pneumatic or hydraulic components.
Models carry various NEMA ratings including 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13.
