Drive Integration
The Productivity PLC programming software is designed to automatically recognize any AutomationDirect GS series drive. Simply connect the drive to the PLC's remote I/O port via an Ethernet connection and the drive will be discovered and added to the Productivity Suite software.
No more searching through drive manuals to find the parameter you need. Each parameter, with description, range, and value, is available in the PLC software. These parameters can be read from, edited, or written to the drive right from the Productivity Suite Hardware Configuration, making drive setup almost too easy!
On top of that, you can store all of your drive parameters in the PLC CPU for safekeeping and communicate to your drives with simple read/write instructions in the software. With this amount of VFD integration, the Productivity Series PLCs are a top choice for drive control.
