Toolbars (Classic UI)
The Toolbars allow quick access to commonly used functions. In the actual software you can hover over the icons for "tool tips" to identify each tools. Remember that all of these functions can also be accessed from the pull-down menus, and many are also available in the >Navigation Window.
Toolbars (Ribbon UI)
The ribbon menus are available with newer software versions offering a more convenient layout showing icons and descriptions for each menu item.
