ReeR MOSAIC safety controllers are compact and configurable, designed to make managing safety systems and sensors easier. Using a MOSAIC controller also cuts wiring costs substantially when compared to using several hardwired safety relays.
MOSAIC M1 or M1S controller units are able to interface with up to 14 individual expansion modules (up to a maximum of 4 of any one module type). These controller units can also be used in a standalone configuration.
The MZERO series is a standalone-only safety controller that doesn't offer expansion but is ideal for small systems with fewer safety devices.

MOSAIC (MOdular SAfety Integrated Controller) master modules are the central control unit for the MOSAIC safety system and are available as single standalone units or units with expansion capabilities. They are designed to reliably manage and coordinate all of the safety functions for a single system or an entire plant.
Speed Monitoring modules allow the safety controller to monitor speed of a motor or rotating machine by using proximity switches or an encoder. Various modules available to support the following inputs.
Accessories to aid with the installation and programming of MOSAIC safety controllers include programming cables, communication connectors, and memory cards.
