MOSAIC Safety Controller Master Modules
Category Selection
MOSAIC master modules are the brains of the MOSAIC safety controller system. These 35mm DIN rail mounted modules are programmed with an easy-to-use graphical software and are designed to reliably perform several tasks, including:
- Managing and coordinating safety functions
- Processing signals from safety sensors and activating safety control outputs
- Monitoring system health
- Interfacing with other safety components and external control systems
Standalone models feature a fixed set of I/O while expandable versions can be used with up to 14 expansion modules, providing up to:
- (128) inputs
- (16) EDM/RST inputs (external device monitoring / with restart)
- (32) safety outputs
- (48) status outputs
All MOSAIC master modules are configured through the MOSAIC graphical Safety Designer Software to define operational functions.
