StrideLinx 3rd Party Cloud Support
StrideLinx versatility allows data sharing with multiple platforms
Already have a cloud solution in place? With StrideLinx, that's no problem. StrideLinx supports data sharing directly
from the StrideLinx router to several popular 3rd party MQTT brokers. Use low-cost StrideLinx routers to transmit your
factory floor data to an established 3rd party platform where it can be processed, analyzed, visualized, and used in any
way needed.
Supported MQTT brokers include:
- Azure IoT Hub
- Azure Event Grid
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) IoT Core
- Eclipse Mosquitto broker
- Self-hosted solution
- Plus many more
Setup is easy with two simple steps!
1. Once the router is installed, set up an MQTT broker using the StrideLinx platform:
- Add a custom broker from the platform's Admin > MQTT section and enter the requested information.
2. Configure the MQTT messages and frequency:
- Select your device and data source from the Fleet Manager app in the StrideLinx platform and click the "Use custom broker" option.
- Choose your preferred MQTT broker and client, and enter a topic.
- Use the "Tags" section under your data source to set data logging frequency - on interval (every 100ms - 1h),
when the value in the machine changes, or on custom triggers.
- Push your changes to the router and you're all set!
