Radar Level Sensors
Category Selection
Radar level sensors provide high accuracy, reliability, and low maintenance with no moving parts, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial level measurement applications. These sensors use radar technology and calculate level based on the elapsed time or change in frequency between the transmitted and reflected signals.
- Guided wave radar sensors transmit pulses down a metal probe to the medium, where the pulses are reflected back to the sensor head.
- Pulsed radar level sensors are downward facing, non-contact liquid level sensors, transmitting open-air pulses to the medium's surface.
- FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) non-contact radar level sensors continuously transmit microwave signals that change frequency over time

Endress+Hauser Micropilot FMR10 pulsed radar liquid level sensors provide accurate, reliable non-contact liquid level measurement. These sensors are configured wirelessly via the SmartBlue mobile app, which includes a linearization function and can display and record process envelope curves.
