Pneumatic fittings connect devices and tubing in an air-powered system. Push-to-connect threaded fittings (NPT, R-thread or G-thread) and union fittings are available in a range of styles, such as straight, elbow, and branch. Fittings are offered in bodies of different materials, depending on style.

A wide selection of pneumatic push-to-connect fittings is available for easy termination of flexible tubing. Connections are made by simply inserting the tubing end into the fitting, which is held in place with gripping claws. To release the tubing, press the circular release ring and the tubing can be easily pulled out.

- Models available to fit tubing sizes of 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch and 4mm to 16mm (outside diameter)
- #10-32 through 1/2 NPT, M5 through 1/2R BSPT and G1/8 through G1/2 BSPP threads available
- Tough thermoplastic, nickel-plated brass, or stainless steel fitting bodies; stainless steel tube gripping claws, nickel-plated brass or stainless steel threads with pre-applied Teflon sealant (o-ring on #10-32, 5mm and G threads)
- Select models have color-coded release rings to differentiate between inch (black) and metric (blue) sizes
- The bodies of elbow and tee fittings with threaded connections can be rotated after installation to allow for variations in piping direction
- Working pressure ratings of 150 psi for thermoplastic, 300 psi for nickel-plated brass, and 290 psi for stainless steel
- Working temperature ratings of 140°F for thermoplastic, 175°F for nickel-plated brass, and 390 F for stainless steel
