IEC Magnetic Motor Starters
Category Selection
IEC-compliant magnetic motor starters from WEG Electric and Eaton are available in open-frame or enclosed options. Open-frame units include a contactor, overload relay, and auxiliary contacts; enclosed models combine a contactor, overload protection, and auxiliary contacts.

Open Frame Motor Starters
Eaton open frame IEC full voltage magnetic motor starters are used for operating polyphase induction motors and providing protection to the motor against running or stalled overcurrents. These motor starters are comprised of a contactor, overload relay, and heater packs (sold separately) with adjustable FLA dials.

General Purpose Enclosed Manual Motor Starters
WEG Electric general purpose non-reversing and non-combination, single- and three-phase enclosed manual motor starters switch electrical service to a motor and provide thermal overload protection. The metal NEMA 1 enclosure houses all components mounted, pre-wired, and ready to install.
