Machine Guarding Panels
Machine guarding panels are the actual barrier between personnel and dangerous equipment. These panels are available in 24-inch and 66-inch heights and can be combined to create a barrier plane height of 90 inches.
- Available in widths from 6 to 94 inches
- Easily cut in the field for a custom-width panel
- Constructed from 8 gauge carbon steel with powder coating
- 2 x 2-inch grid pattern
Machine Guarding Posts
Machine guarding posts provide the structure to mount machine guarding panels and doors. They offer a secure attachment to the floor and help create a sturdy and secure barrier.
- Line/corner models which work in straight lines or for 90° outside corners
- Adjustable corner models for irregular corners that aren't 90° and inside corners
- Door posts for securing swing or slide doors
- Made from sturdy carbon steel and powder-coated yellow
- Slotted to accept Velox panel clips
Machine Guarding Doors
Machine guarding doors provide an access point to an area protected by safety barriers.
- Swing-out models in right- or left-hinged configurations, in 36- through 90-inch widths and 72- and 96-inch heights
- Double hinged swing-out models in 72 x 72 inch or 96 x 72 inch sizes
- Slide-open models, right- or left-hand configurations, in 36- to 60-inch widths and 72-inch height
- Double slide-open models in 72- or 96-inch widths, and 72-inch height
- Made from sturdy powder-coated carbon steel
- Doors include all necessary posts, panels and hardware
