Insulated ferrules are cylindrically shaped tubes crimped to the ends of stranded wire to provide a reliable connection from wire to termination point. In standard- or DIN color, single or twin wire styles, these ferrules are available for various size conductors, and sold in bulk quantities.

Insulated Ferrules
Ferrules are cylindrically-shaped tin-plated copper tubes crimped to the ends of stranded wire to create a secure, reliable connection.
- Standard-color single wire and twin wire ferrules
- DIN-color single wire and twin wire ferrules
- Single insulated ferrules accommodate conductor sizes 20 AWG to 1 AWG
- Twin insulated ferrules accommodate conductor sizes 20 AWG to 6 AWG
- Polypropylene-fluoropolymer insulating collar
Ring Terminals
Ring terminals slide over a wire end and are crimped at the insulated collar for a secure connection; the opposite end is a ring that can be secured to a termination point via screw or bolt.

- Color coded 20-18 AWG, 16-14 AWG and 12-10 AWG wire sizes
- Copper sleeve with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation
Fork Terminals
Fork terminals slide over a wire end and are crimped at the insulated collar for a secure connection; the opposite end is a fork that can be secured to a termination point via screw or bolt.

Butt Connectors
Butt connectors slide over wire ends and are crimped at the insulated collars on both ends of the sleeve for a secure connection between wires.

Disconnect Terminals
Fully or partially insulated disconnect terminals slide over a wire end and are crimped at the insulated collar for a secure connection; the opposite end offers a tab that slides over/into a mating connector.
