DC current switches combine a Hall effect sensor, signal conditioner and limit alarm into a single package for monitoring applications up to 100A. These switches offer user-selectable current input ranges, a choice of N.O. solid-state or SPDT relay outputs, and removable terminal blocks.

Multi-Range DC Current Switches
AcuAMP DCS100 series fixed-core DC current switches use jumper-selectable input ranges and a potentiometer-adjustable setpoint to deliver discrete outputs based on the monitored current. They are well suited for detecting over- or under-current conditions in DC-powered systems, especially those with power supplies or backup batteries.
- Jumper-selectable input current ranges up to 100A
- Measures positive or negative current
- Adaptive hysteresis is 5% of setpoint, allowing closer control
- Normally open solid-state or SPDT relay outputs
- Output is magnetically isolated from the input to ensure safety and prevent voltage drop
