These mechanical indicators come in imperial or metric versions. They are designed to accurately measure and display the position of a rotating shaft. They are made of a rugged polyamide housing, suitable for applications requiring frequent washing. They attach directly to a rotating shaft that captures the rotational movement and converts it into a readable position value in either 4- or 5-character displays with resolutions from 0.050 to 5.0 counts per revolution. These rugged position indicators do not require electrical power and are ideal for situations where a simple and reliable readout is needed. They are offered in include upper or inclined lower display orientation options. We offer spoked handwheels for applications requiring precise manual positioning or alignment of equipment or machinery and reducer bushings are available in imperial and metric sizes to adapt machine shafts.
