Today I am going to show you our new all stainless steel round body air cylinders from our brand: NITRA These stainless cylinders have FDA approved grease lubrication, urethane wipers and PTFE bushings, making them a perfect solution for wash down and corrosive environments! We are now offering 4 bore sizes in 3/4 inch, 1 and 1/16 inch, 1 and ½ inch and 2 inch with stroke lengths from ½ inch up to 12 inch on smaller bore cylinders and 1 inch up to 18 inch on the 2 inch bore cylinders. They are made from corrosion resistant 300 series stainless steel, the urethane rod wiper limits wash down solutions into the cylinder. These all have PTFE base rod and pivot bushings. These can be mounted in the following configurations: front nose, rear pivot and double end. The mounting accessories for these cylinders are all made of stainless as well. All of these cylinders are double acting – meaning they have a port on each end. And don’t forget, these NITRA stainless steel air cylinders are interchangeable with other common brands of round body cylinders.
