This instruction is used to Enable a stage. How this differs from a jump instruction is that is does not disable the stage that contains this instruction. When the Enable Stage instruction is executed, it does NOT cause an immediate jump to that target Stage, it only enables that Stage. This means that any ladder logic instruction between the Enable Stage instruction and the end of the Stage will still be executed. Stages can only be entered in Program code blocks and this instruction can only target or reference stages within the same code block.
