NITRA Flexible Polyurethane Pneumatic Air Hoses from KickStart at AutomationDirect

What we are going to talk about today is our NITRA line of reinforced hoses and coiled hoses. Now, AutomationDirect already carries a line of pneumatic tubing. What we are adding now is two styles of hoses. What we’ve got here is our reinforced hose. It’s a nylon braid between the inner and outer PU layers. Now, as you can see, this is a clearish blue in color. You can get it in a quarter-inch and three-eighths inch inside diameter tubing. And also, the fittings are quarter-inch or three-eighths inch male NPT swivel fittings on both ends. Now, these coming in twenty-five and fifty-foot lengths, and there is a total of six part numbers. On to the coil tubing, we have a reinforced and we have standard tubing. Both of these, pretty much the same sizes, you can get a quarter-inch or a three-eighths inch inside diameter, but what’s different is on the fittings, they both have fittings on each end – quarter-inch or a three-eighths inch male NPT. Now the difference is on these fittings one is going to be rigid and one is going to be swivel. You can get these in ten, fifteen and twenty coil configurations. And there’s a total of twelve part numbers. Now, on all of these hoses there is a one-year warranty here at AutomationDirect. Now, these hoses work great for any type of configuration using any type of air pneumatics. A lot of times these are used for pick and place applications and whatnot.
