NITRA NFPA Cushioned Pneumatic Air Cylinders from KickStart at AutomationDirect

Today I am going to show you our new NFPA Cushioned air cylinders from our brand: NITRA We are now offering 60 new parts with these NITRA NFPA cushioned air cylinders. We started selling NFPA air cylinders in 2011 and now we are offering NFPA air cylinders that are cushioned air cylinders that cushion the piston at the end of travel. These are beneficial in applications that may slam or have high impact and may damage the piston or the machines they are mounted to. They also allow fast stroke speeds without banging at the end of travel. You can find these cushioned cylinders in bore sizes from 1 and a half inch up to 4 inches and stroke lengths from 1 inch up to 24inches. These are all NFPA dimensional interchangeable, are double acting, have a magnetic ring for sensing, tapped end plates and one side plate for mounting. There is a cushion adjustment screw in each end cap as you can see here. All NFPA air cylinders are re-buildable. We offer numerous mounting components for a variety of configurations. If you are not familiar with NFPA it stands for National Fluid Power Association and NFPA cylinders all follow the same standards meaning that they are interchangeable regardless of the manufacture.
