AutomationDirect offers Flowline® EchoTouch™, EchoSpan®, and EchoSwitch® lines of ultrasonic liquid level sensors and transmitters, as well as the PodView digital level indicator to their product offerings. These innovative ultrasonic liquid level sensor families replace float, conductance and pressure sensors that fail due to contact with dirty, sticky and scaling media in small, medium and large capacity tanks.
Many Flowline ultrasonic level sensors and transmitters are easily configurable via the WebCal PC software (available for free download at: https://www.automationdirect.com/support/software-downloads ) and the available USB fob adapter.

Welcome to Kickstart where you get to see new products here at AutomationDirect. Today I am going to show you our latest Ultra Sonic sensors from the brand: FLOWLINE We are now offering 9 new parts in this line extension with 8 liquid level sensors and 1 digital display. These new FlowLine sensors are configured with pushbuttons, so no software, computer or FOB required, making setup in the field simple. The new EchoTouch is pushbutton configurable with a built in LCD display. Its range is up to 5.5m with a 4 to 20ma output and powered by 12 to 32VDC. The body has a rugged NEMA 4X rating. Next up is the new EchoSpan sensor, also configurable with built in pushbuttons and LCD display. There are 4 models ranging from 3m, 5.5m, 8m and 10m all with 4 to 20ma outputs and powered by 12 to 28vdc and also have a NEMA 4X rating. The last sensor we have added is the EchoSwitch also with on board configurable pushbuttons and LCD display. There are 3 EchoSwitch models with sensing ranges in 3 meters, 5.5 meters, and 8 meter models. These are all 4 to 20ma outputs and they also have 3 programmable relays. These are powered by 95 to 250VAC and all are rated at NEMA 4X as well. Last up in this new release is not a sensor, but an LCD display called "PodView". This is a general purpose indicator that displays tank level or volume and relay status on an LCD. It has a 3 button user interface for changing relay set points. It has a 6' lead and is compatible with any of the FlowLine EchoPod series of ultrasonic sensors with firmware version 5.00 or later.
