Take a look at these capacitive sensors with 12 mm up to 30 mm sizes, round and rectangular shapes, and metal and plastic housings with several available accessories.
Welcome to Kickstart where you get to see new products here at AutomationDirect. Today I am going to show you our new line extension of capacitive sensors and accessories. AutomationDirect has carried capacitive sensors for over ten years and we keep adding more and more to our line up to suite our customer’s needs. We have added 12 millimeter metal housing style, 18 and 30 millimeter push button adjustment style and a new rectangular housing with pushbutton teach style. To round out the lineup, we now offer mounting wells for the round styles and a sight glass clamp for the rectangular style. The new 12 millimeter metal housing CM1 units are available in a flush and non-flush all with a M12 quick disconnect and have LED status indication. The 18 millimeter plastic housing CK1 style offers a push to teach button making adjustments a breeze. They have Normally Open and Normally Closed with PNP or NPN output, come in non-flush and they also have a M12 quick disconnect and LED status indication. The 30 millimeter plastic housing CT style is available in AC or DC voltage, have a push to teach function, come in NO and NC programmable and the DC models have logic auto detection for PNP or NPN. They are all non-flush, M12 quick disconnect on the DC models and ½ inch micro quick disconnect on the AC models and all offer LED status indication. Last up for our sensors are the rectangular housing CR1 units that are 20x14x18 millimeter. They have push to teach function, NO and NC programmable, logic auto detection for PNP or NPN, non-flush sensing, 2 meter pre wired cable and also have LED status indication. And for the accessories, we now have Teflon mounting wells for thru wall applications on the 18 and 30 millimeter sensors as well as a sight glass clamp for the rectangular sensor. These mounting wells are great for when a sensor has to be swapped out or for maintenance – there is no fear of product escaping the hopper or tank. You can find the agency approvals and specs for these new capacitive sensors on our website at: www.automationdirect.com Don’t forget: we sell other styles and shapes of proximity, photo electric, capacitive and ultrasonic sensors. And don’t forget to pick up quick disconnect cables when ordering these new sensors with quick disconnect capabilities.
