ASO Safety Mat, Safety Edge, Safety Relay Kickstart at AutomationDirect

If you want to learn more about our safety products. keep watching! We are happy to announce, there are 6 new square edge mats and 6 new tapered edge mats in this launch! They come in the sizes shown Trim kits are available in sizes to match the square edge mats. The kits come with aluminum ramp rails and end caps. In addition to these new safety mats, we are also now offering safety edges in 25 by 30mm profile and 25 by 45mm profile. These safety edges come in 4 lengths as shown and can be connected in series to a maximum length defined by the safety relay installed. Don't forget, the safety edges do require end caps like these to complete the circuit. Simply select the profile size, and either purchase one of the pre-cut lengths or purchase one longer than needed and cut the safety edge with these shears, also sold here at AutomationDirect. The safety edge sold in 20 and 82-foot lengths are rolled up for shipping. Don't forget to select the proper sized mounting rail needed for the safety edge. The aluminum mounting rails are sold in 2 and 5-foot lengths. Applications where these safety edges are used are in machine cutting or shearing applications where persons and limbs are in danger and need to be protected. They can also be used on automated guided vehicles like unmanned forklifts. To round out this new safety offering, AutomationDirect is also offering an ASO Safety Relay to be used with the mats and the edges. Now the safety relay can operate on supply voltages of 24Volts AC or DC or 120 Volts AC. These ASO Safety Relays can only be wired in 2 wire configurations.
