For interviews are a lot more casual than what people are used to; While we do have a lot of people that are part of the interview process the first thing candidates will notice when they walk in the door is that we're all dressed casually. So we do invite the candidates and it's in the email when we tell them about the interview we are business casual we invite you to dress business casual as well, because we don't want someone to feel uncomfortable because they dressed up too much for the interview. We will also give instructions on where to park and how to check in with the receptionist before the interview process.
