To enable the system screen password, you will need to enable this bit. In this video we will demonstrate how to enable the feature. Have your project open. Then open the event manager database. Create a new event. Select this alarm action that comes up by default and then delete it. I am going to give this event a name. This helps if you must search for it later in the database. Select to add an action. Select tag. This is the trigger and down here is the action. Since I want the system screen to always be password-protected, I'm going to use the always on system bit. Now place the sys systemscreen password tag down here. Now enter a value down here and this will be the password to unlock your system screen. Now save your project and send it to the screen. Now when you try to access the system screen, you will see this pop-up window. Now just enter in the password that you created earlier. This is just one of the many features that proves why C-more is the best value in HMIs We will be making many more videos on C-more HMI so please see this playlist for more up-to-date content.
