We have added 4 different types of probe designs and 3 sensor designs to meet the needs of unique applications. These new probes include heat trace probes; flange mount probes; cuttable probes; and melt bolt probes. A line of thermowells have been added that are used specifically for sanitary Clean-in-Place applications and probes that have a tri-clamp process connection.

AutomationDirect's Monday Minute. AutomationDirect has added new ProSense temperature probes, sensors, and thermowells to their existing portfolio of process sensors. The new designs meet the needs of unique applications. Four new probe additions include heat trace probes, flange mount probes, cuttable probes, and melt bolt probes. Three new sensor designs include threaded bolt style, spade sensors, and magnetic mount sensors. They are offered with type J and type K thermocouple sensing elements, and PT100 RTDs with class A accuracy are also available with select series. New thermowells include models specifically designed for sanitary clean-in-place applications and for probes that have a tri-clamp process connection.
