Converting your existing CLICK PLC project to a new CLICK PLUS hardware is extremely easy. Let’s say we have this CPU, and now we want a combo wired and wireless option CLICK PLUS CPU. First, go to this page in the CLICK manual and it will show the correct mix of parts to replace your CPU. So, this CPU converts with this expansion module, making the hardware conversion quick and easy. The software side of this could not be simpler. Install version 3.0, or above, of the CLICK programming software. Open up your original project. Here you can select to make a backup copy of your original project, before you make these changes. Select the Function tab. Select the system configuration and here change the CPU and the Slot 0 module to ones that you selected from the manual. And if you have analog, make sure to set those up also. Now, just send this project to your new CPU. And you are ready to go. Just that easy.
