If you need a clean copy of the Screen for a report or presentation, simply choose File >> Export >> Screen Image. Here you can select which screens you want to export Ð letÕs just export the last three. Select the location of where you want to export them toÉ and folder to put them in. Say EXPORT É that file already exists because I have done that example before... And the export is complete. Now if we go look in that folder... Which we can see here... You now have bitmaps of your screens ready to use in your favorite presentation program or documentation software.
