Two-hand control systems are used with a purpose-built control monitoring relay and require an operator to use both hands at the same time when initiating a hazardous operation. This forces operators to keep their hands out of harm's way.

Two-hand control devices require simultaneous actuation by both hands to initiate and maintain hazardous machine functions. Two-hand systems are designed for machinery with dangerous closing movements, including hydraulic presses and cutters, ensuring hands are clear of any dangerous mechanisms. These systems require a control monitoring relay for operation (sold separately).
