Compact Air Cylinders

For applications that require a short stroke within a very limited space, compact air cylinders can provide a solution. These low-profile cylinders can fit in the tightest of spaces and can provide actuation of flaps and levers or they can be used to bend, clamp, eject, lift and/or lower parts.

• Bore sizes from 9/16" to 3"
• Stroke lengths from 1/4" to 4"

• Interchangeable with other mini actuator, flat cylinder or pancake cylinder brands
• Constructed with stainless steel bodies and high strength aluminum end caps with full flow ports.
• To minimize friction, the inside of the pneumatic cylinder body is polished to a mirror finish and all mini air cylinders are pre-lubricated for optimum performance and long, reliable life.
• The high strength aluminum alloy piston is securely attached to a piston rod that is ground and roller burnished 303 stainless steel for exceptional strength.
