An exhausting valve or cylinder port can make a lot of noise, and contaminants can enter a pneumatic system though an unprotected opening. Exhaust silencers quiet the sound of the escaping air and protect the system from dirt and debris. NITRA silencers are available in brass cone, brass flat, plastic, and high-flow aluminum styles, with NPT, R (BSPT) or M5 threaded connections.

Pneumatic Exhaust Mufflers & Pneumatic Exhaust Silencer
NITRA® Air Exhaust Silencers for Solenoid Valves
NITRA pneumatic exhaust silencers (pneumatic mufflers) are available in brass cone, brass flat, plastic, and high-flow aluminum styles, with NPT, R (BSPT) or M5 threaded connections. Add these to the exhaust ports of NITRA directional control solenoid valves to reduce noise.
- Maximum pressure = 150 psi
- Inch (NPT) and metric (BSPT) sizes
- Four exhaust silencer styles are available:
- SBC series - bronze cone silencer
- SBF series - bronze flat silencer
- SPL series - plastic cylindrical silencer
- HVM series - aluminum cylindrical silencer
