Quality and fit were good, as expected.

Automation Direct is my go-to place, especially for PLCs and HMIs. BRX PLCs offer great performance for a very low price, but they lack in two areas. I hope there will be upgrades to the modules of the PLC. More particularly, I would like to see a fast update rate 24-bit Analog (Voltage) card with 0.01% accuracy. I would also like to see EtherCAT communication. These upgrades will help the BRX PLCs to stand out!

As a small business owner and someone who has to do a lot of their own maintenance I really appreciate Automation Direct's service. Their website is excellent and offers up Support that you didn't even know you needed until you look into it further. It has saved me a lot of time in trouble. However, when I've gotten to the point I could not help myself their technical support was there, without extended wait times, friendly, and knowledgeable. All the way around a great company. Oh, and their prices are competitive as well.

My purchases were a capital Expenditure project we are new sister company our products are oil & gas related, Part of our final inspection is to run in the fan motors for 3rd party inspection motors range from 5-50hp voltage 380-480 50-60 hertz. great products, great prices, but do not buy a ac motor from here. the company will not warranty it "I need a regal invoice to pull up the necessary information on my end.", and Automation can not help you. "This item was sold directly to you. We do not show anything on this order that has to do with Regal Rexnord, so we have nothing that we can send. This order was entered on our webstore so we did not receive a PO."

As an Industrial Motor Control Instructor I rely heavily on good quality products. Our students put these components through the test every day. The quality of the components compared to their value is fair. The components are not overly priced and do hold up for many years. The product selection is wide and adaptable for many applications. I have been able to replace broken parts on our trainers with similar products from Automation Direct. Customer support has been exceptional considering our needs.

My go-to for automation parts. What really stands out for me is their customer service. Whenever I've had questions or needed help, they've responded quickly and made sure I had exactly what I needed. The shipping is fast too, which is a huge plus when you're working on tight deadlines. The PLCs could be a bit more advanced but honestly you are buying the quick and simple option. I would like to see Brand name big players being sold here.

I was previously using automation direct as a student and now working as an industrial electrician the vast product selection and consistently low prices have kept me coming back both for personal projects and finding parts for work.

I've been an integrator and U.L. 508A panel shop for over thirty years and AutomationDirect is my go to supplier for products that are not specified to be a specific manufacturer's. I've been a customer ever since PLCDirect was founded in the mid 90's and believe it or not, I have original Koyo PLC's that are still in operation from way back then. And their two-day delivery has saved my butt a number of times. Can't say enough good about this company.

I have been using AutomationDirect products since well before they were AutomationDirect. My experience with their products started with the GE Series 1 PLC and I continued using them through their TI years and PLC Direct years and am still using them. I am pretty sure that I was one of their first customer accounts after they formed as PLCDirect and I know I purchased their first data acquisition product JNet. They have come a long way since those days and I use a large quantity of their products.

I really like most of the Automation Direct items. Everything is usually in stock and next day delivery is great. However, receiving emails in the middle of the night to ask for a REVIEW?!?! I have my phone set up for my work email to notify me and this morning at 3:02 AM I got an email for a review. I think the last one I got was after 1:00 AM. Please schedule these non-time-critical emails to be sent during business hours. This is why customer support gets a 2 rating.

From components and wire to CLICK PLC's I have been very happy with all of my AutomationDirect experience's for years, and look forward to using them for years to come.

I can only give 4/5 on customer support because I have never used it. All the technical info I've ever needed is readily available and have not had any bad experiences.

The only thing I would like to be done better is the way products are shipped to us. Orders usually come in multiple boxes, each only filled to 40-50%. Weight is not an issue in these shipments. This increases our shipping cost considerably.

I've been using ADC products professionally and personally for a few years now. I appreciate that they keep the buying process simple and provide support for their customers. They know how to cater to small time individuals and larger businesses by not locking down hardware and software. It makes it an easy sell to my customers when they know they can access everything that I can.

I called about a drive that was under warranty. I was escalated to the returns team. I was incredibly frustrated by a requirement for the drive serial number to initiate the return, because the drive is installed in a commercial package sitting on a customer site within a refinery, so we can't just waltz over there to grab a data tag, and our customer is down. However, my technician happened to have the serial number. When I called back, (ADC returns expert) went above and beyond to expedite resolution. Much appreciated.

Automation Direct is our go-to supplier for machine building needs. Their prices are always competitive and you can immediately see what they have in stock and what they do not. This helps speed up BOM creation and project cost compared to traditional methods of putting together parts lists and sending out to quote at a variety of companies. ADC's product selection is great but could add additional resources in advanced measurements and inspections such as vision systems.

We've been using Automation Direct for at least 12 years now. They ship fast. The prices are reasonable. The products seem to hold up over time. While all that is good, what keeps us coming back is the customer service and support. It would be difficult to find a more responsive support team with the same depth of knowledge.

Automation Direct is my main supplier of industrial parts and supplies! Everything from pneumatic push connectors to control panel switches are top-notch at a great price point. Product availability has been a bit of a struggle lately, but they're upfront on whether an item is in stock. I love their cheap PLCs! The programming software doesn't compete with the name brands, but the hardware is cheap, reliable, and great for small to medium-sized projects. Customer support is absolutely excellent too!
